The Health Outreach Mobile Engagement (H.O.M.E) Program is a revolutionary, multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral mobile response to improve the health outcomes and health equity of highly marginalized individuals in London, Ontario.
When the H.O.M.E Program launched, they needed a brand that represented them – one that was as innovative, strategic, and purposeful as they are. Our team moved into action by creating a logo, a website, and social media content.
What We Did to Tell the Story
A Brand With Purpose
As a mobile response, the H.O.M.E Program team is in different locations throughout the week providing services. The logo needed to be easily recognizable so that when clients saw it, they would associate it with a place they could get the support they needed. To achieve that goal, a customized icon was designed that combined the concepts of love, health, and care, foundations from which the program provides service. Two versions of the logo were created to be used in different formats and spaces.
To share the story of H.O.M.E and provide information about the program, a website was created that aligned with the brand. Content layout, imagery, and text was considered to engage a wide range of website visitors.
Visual Communication of Life-Changing Results
The one-year evaluation of the H.O.M.E Program demonstrated that the innovative mobile approach had resulted in life-changing social and health outcomes for participants. The challenge was that the complex data sets had to be communicated in a way that would resonate with participants, funders, and the community alike. Custom infographics and visual images were combined with beautifully told stories and quotes to bring the impact of the H.O.M.E Program to life.
